West Palm Beach, FL July 19, 2019 – On Saturday, October 12th, at 6:00pm, ECF Engineering Consultants presents “The Battle of the Bands”. The Palm Beach Lakes High School Band Program will be hosting several high school bands from Palm Beach, Dade and Broward Counties. Bands like Piper High’s “Band of Pride” from Broward, Deerfield Beach High, Suncoast High from Riviera Beach and Miami Norland High from Miami to name a few.
The talk of the town is their special invited guest. The 325 Piece collegiate band from the world’s most famous beach, the Bethune-Cookman University Marching Wildcats. The Bethune-Cookman Band (BCU) currently has a trending Netflix Series titled “Marching Orders” and is one of the bands featured in the movie Drumline (2001). Other performances include The Ellen Degeneres Show (2005), Cadillac commercials, Super Bowl Appearances, and ESPN’s reality show “The Battle”.
The show starts at 6:00pm and will run until about 9:00pm. There will be lots of food vendors and it’s guaranteed to be a wonderful family oriented entertainment.
